“ I had been waiting to get reservations at this place. It was easier to get on a weekday. And the wait was so worth it. Loved the interiors with pink flowers and every thing we tried was very tasty. I really enjoyed my Malabar monsoon coffee as well. Can’t wait to try the breakfast next. ”
“ Breakfast at this place is a spectacular! Scrambled eggs on dough, as well as fried and pushed eggs on bread, had unique taste and were made just perfect. The pancakes and waffles were absolutely delicious and their sweetness was well balanced. All kinds of coffee and English tea are prepared professionally. The decor of the place is very distinctive, and the bathrooms are striking in their luxury and cheerful colors. The workers in the place were top of class and respect, as well as the atmosphere that was very lovely. I loved the experience in every detail, thanks! ”
“ What A brilliant find Upstairs at Anna's was, we had just arrived into Conwy after a Two hour journey from Mid Wales, and wanted an early lunch before the lunch time rush started. My wife liked the exterior colour of the building and was keen to try it out. The welcome we received was 1st class unfortunately we didn't get the young lady's name we assume she was probably the owner, we could choose where we wanted to sit and our order was taken accordingly, my wife had the Chicken Swashami and I had the Welsh Rarebit both dishes were beautifully presented and wonderful to eat we tried each other's dishes and loved them both, had it not been for time I would have tried the Chocolate fudge cake, definitely next time. It was a lovely start to our visit to Conwy and we will definitely be back. Well done on a beautiful restaurant and first class service at a very good price. ”
“ Amazing!! The atmosphere was great, really really clean and tidy. FOH Service was perfect, the lovely girl/s were so helpful and polite - a real credit to the place. The food was absolute highest quality, really good portion size and well presented. Not a single criticism! Thank you to everyone who contributed to the service we received, we will certainly be coming back ”
“ If you want to experience tea, cakes & a lovely brunch, follow the pink door of flowers up the stairs to your table with a view. Reservations recommended. Free parking for one hour. Just near the castle & lots of shopping. Do make a trip to the Loo, even if you haven't got to... ”

“ Delicious lunch in the heart of Conwy. I had fish and chips and my friend had a great looking superfood food salad. My only regret: I had no space left to try their afternoon tea! Timely and polite service. Would recommend! ”
